Spring has not quite sprung, but we went ahead with the Spring Tour anyway.
The first day we headed out of OKC to Ponca City to check out the Marland Mansion, the residence built by oil man, millionaire, governor, and congressman EW Marland. Then we visted the old Ponca City Grand Prix race track. Along the way, it was cold, rainy, and the windy was howling.
We arrived in Bartlesville and checked into the hotel at the Price Tower. This unique building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, and built as the headquarters for the Price Pipeline Company.
